EMERGENCY PLUMBERS FOR IPLEX LEAKS

During Business Hours:

Please TEXT ONLY on 0418 205 235 and then enter into the ATLAS Building Maintenance Portal at the following website address and complete the form:

https://www.atlasbuilding.au/contact-us/maintenance-request

A photo must be taken and added to the maintenance request (through the Portal) for it to be successfully submitted.

Once that is complete a disclaimer will need to be signed, they will be provided to you by Atlas if not, reception at the CC will have a copy.

After Hours:

 For afterhours Emergency Plumbers for IPLEX leaks:

Residents are to call 9261 1811 and press 1

BGC Maintenance will be notified by the attending plumber of the leak the following working day, should there be any remedial works to be coordinated and carried out.

A Reminder to all residents that if the call out is not an IPLEX-related leak then the owners are liable for the call out fees and associated costs.
